FlashMOVE tutorial video is ready for you to start practicing
YouTube is full of tutorial videos that can teach you how to apply makeup, fix your car or cook a chocolate mousse. But what about a tutorial that can teach you a few simple steps towards joining the biggest dance party in Europe? We’ve got one right here:
Yes, the #BeActive FlashMOVE is happening on 10 September, 11:00 CET, and you can put your community on the map by being part of a simultaneous flash mob spanning across Europe. Gather a group of volunteer dancers and use our video tutorial to teach them the choreography in preparation for the big day. Register your FlashMOVE here to make your FlashMOVE count.
The dance steps were developed by ISCA member Slovenian Sport for All (SUS) following the beats of the song “ALE’ O” provided by Sport Malta.
The choreography unfolds slowly, so that everyone can learn the steps. Being a professional dancer is not a requirement to join the FlashMOVE, and all passers by can jump onto the “dance floor” in your city square (or wherever you choose to surprise your community) and feel the rhythm.
An official opening event of the second European Week of Sport, the FlashMOVE draws on three years of experience from the NowWeMOVE campaign, which has used it to create excitement in the lead-up to MOVE Week. Last year the FlashMOVE took place in 70 cities across Europe.
With this tutorial you are ready to start moving your feet towards the biggest simultaneous dance party in Europe. Don’t miss a beat – register your FlashMOVE event and start practicing!
