• Dance workshops
• Introduction to strength training
• Yoga or Pilates for men
• Cross fitness competitions
• Spinning lessons
• Swimming lessons or competitions
• Fitness sessions in the park
• Outdoor activities for kids
• Standing exercises for businesses, no chairs in the office

We gave you some ideas, now is your turn to join the most active day of the year promoting your activity and make it count towards our 15,000 events goal by:

• Registering where and when it will take place at
• Downloading our free toolkits to help you get the most out of your event
• Downloading our free marketing materials and use them to promote your event on your website and social media
• Printing our poster templates to advertise the event in your facility
• Spreading the word among your network: own members, other centres in your fitness chain, other clubs or leisure centres, nearby offices or schools
• Sharing the action using the hashtag #EuropeanFitnessDay
